Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

We get it – sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. If the clean hasn’t taken place yet we can refund you in full
You have 14 days from the day of the clean to raise any issues, if an issue is raised we will revisit the property and correct it, if it cannot not be corrected a refund will be issued. After that? If you raise an issue for a clean outside of the 14 days’ timeframe a revisit will be at our discretion.

Responsibility

All carpets and soft furnishings as indicated above will be cleaned using the appropriate cleaning agents and equipment in order to provide a satisfactory high standard of service. On completion of the work, Bright Clean does not guarantee total soil or stain removal but will endeavour to deal with these to the best advantage. A detailed inspection will be carried out prior to the undertaking of the work to highlight problem areas and to give a pre understanding of what can realistically be achieved. Bright Clean cannot be held liable for damage caused through manufacturing, fitting and assembly defects, or general wear, unless this has been caused by lack of care and attention by bright Clean employees. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from date of issue.
